About us
We are a group of native German voice actors with a shared mission: to bring real emotion into every project and make characters come alive. While entertainment and educational media is increasingly taken over by AI voices, we believe that nothing can replace the abilities of a real actor.
Summer 2025, a client asked the founder, Isabelle Wiermann, about other voice actors for a bigger project. This simple request kicked off the group: What started as a circle of only a few voice artists has quickly grown into a thriving collective of almost 50 self-employed voice artists all around Germany and Austria.
Our group spans different ages, backgrounds, and areas of expertise, allowing us to offer the perfect tone for any project. Whether you need an energetic, young voice for a cartoon, a warm, father-like narrator for an audiobook, or actors with heart-wrenching abilities for drama dubs, we have the ideal match.
While our backgrounds differ, we are united by our dedication to high-quality emotional performances.
Isabelle
Hi, I'm Isabelle, founder of the dubbing group. I've been voice acting for fun since I was eleven years old, and eventually, it became one of my professions — next to journalism and media making. I love getting creative and finding the right tone for each character, as well as giving other voice actors the opportunity to work on projects together. I'm basically the junction where all of the tasks we're doing as a crew line up.
My favourite part of the process is when it's all coming together during editing - suddenly the story comes to live, and these voices I know so well become those of the characters. I keep getting surprised by the immense jumps in skill everyone has over time, and feel grateful to be part of the process.
Nils
Hi everyone, I'm Nils and I'm responsible for organizing our true-crime productions – from casting and editing to the final mix. As a night owl, I often find myself editing late into the night, putting the finishing touches on quality control. And honestly, with the stories we tell, I can't help but be captivated – I hang on every word of our voice actors when I hear their performances.
What I enjoy most is this collaboration: together with our talented team, we transform true-crime stories into compelling productions. A big thank you to all the voice actors who bring these projects to life with their dedication!

Hi, I’m Sara, 26 years old and based in Frankfurt. When I’m not busy with my Master’s degree in Business Psychology or working as a freelancer, you’ll likely find me traveling, at a festival or concert, or out in nature. I love anything creative, enjoy meeting new people, and am always open to exciting projects.
It’s precisely this blend of creativity, collaboration, and exciting projects that draws me to BC Dubs.
When voice actors hear from me, they’re usually (hopefully!) happy—because it means it’s time for payment. I ensure that the figures for individual projects are correct and that invoices reach our voice actors at the end of the month. I also assist with script preparation, demo creation, and casting.

During casting, I find the right voice for your project, during production I'm there to help the voice actors with any questions, and during editing, I give your productions the perfect sound!
